Leviticus 25:13-15

13 “‘In this Year of Jubilee each of you[a] shall return[b] to his property. 14 And when you[c] sell something to your[d] fellow citizen or you buy from your[e] neighbor’s hand, you[f] must not oppress one another.[g] 15 You[h] must buy from your fellow citizen according to the number of years after the Jubilee; he must sell to you according to the number of years of yield.
